Super Saturated SmartWipes® 70/30% Isopropyl Alcohol & DI Water Presaturated Wipes, (SW100IPA/DI) Comprised of 100% polyester. These electronics grade presaturated wipes offer the perfect balance of strength and absorptivity making them suitable for a wide range of electronics and industrial applications. These wipes won’t scratch soft surfaces; yet have sufficiently active texture to clean surfaces. Removes most types of inks, pastes, fluxes, light oils and other contaminants associated with assembly, machining, soldering and printing. Ideal for use in surface preparation prior to manufacturing or assembly processes.

    SuperSaturated SmartWipes®  Benchtop Electronic Hand Cleaner Saturated Canister Wipes, Polyester, 6″x 9″, with Chelating Agent (BEHC-WIPES) – High performance, general purpose saturated wipe, ideal for use at the workstation or any location where operator/technician’s hands become soiled. Cleans hands without requiring the operator to leave the work area.

    Toxic Metal Reduction: due to a unique solvent/surfactant blend, coupled with a powerful chelant, BEHC has been laboratory certified to be effective in the removal of lead and other toxic metals from all surfaces, including the skin. Designed for operators and technicians who routinely handle soldered printed circuit boards and assemblies, solder reflow, wave soldering, solder paste screening, tin/lead plating and hot air solder leveling process.

    Joint Industry & Military Standard: Certified Ionic Contamination Test results show BEHC to be well within ANSI/J-STD-001 and MIL-STD-2000 Military Standards adopted to maintain acceptable levels of cleanliness in the manufacture of electronic assemblies, circuits and components.

    VISION 50(tm) ESD Cleanroom Wipes (VS50) are anti-static, extremely low linting and low in chemical extractables. This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the no-run knit construction.

    These wipers are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms. This fabric is manufactured using numerous special processes that includes scouring, cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning process. Most importantly, VISION 50(tm) Class 100 ESD Cleanroom Wipes are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. All VISION 50(tm) wipes are hermetically sealed in cleanroom-cleaned packaging under class 10 air-stream and individually inspected with lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.

    Popular for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) Cleanrooms, can be used in ISO Class 5 – 8 Cleanrooms

    SelectaWipe is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester cleanroom grade wiping roll that can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications and cleaning processes. This economical mega-roll has 200 perforated wipes allowing users to tear off a wipe with the ease of a paper towel. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered to improve cleaning efficiency. In electronics this wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. SelectaWipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same material as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series Understencil Wiping Rolls and 401 Understencil wipe. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered to improve cleaning efficiency. SelectaWipe rolls are shrink wrapped in a protective static dissipative ESD safe film with superior static control capabilities.
