4000 Series is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester cleanroom grade wiping roll for cleaning under stencils between prints.  This material effectively removes residual adhesives, solder pastes and fluxes, with or without solvents. Using our high quality wiping roll will help prevent many common production defects like bridging, smearing, solder balls, and other problems associated with circuit board printing. Due to its excellent airflow characteristics, this material will not compromise vacuum power, optimizing aperture cleaning performance.     70% Isopropyl Alcohol / 30% DI Water | Nonwoven Poly-cellulose | ISO 5-8 Cleanroom Wipe

    FREE-SAT(r) FS-NT1-99 are 9in x 9in wipes presaturated with 70% IPA and 30% DI Water. They contain four clean-cut edges made from hydro-entangled nonwoven material composed of 45% polyester and 55% cellulose. They are saturated with 70% IPA, which is the ideal amount for a variety of cleanroom wiping applications.

    FREE-SAT® FS-NT1-99 are packaged in convenient resealable pouches which can wiped down with IPA and stored inside the cleanroom. These wipes are manufactured in a controlled environment and cleanroom packaged. The fabric itself, NOVA-TECH 1000(tm) is tough, abrasion resistant and virtually free of particle generation and extractable chemical – all features that make NOVA-TECH 1000(tm) an effective fabric for isopropyl wipes.

    Popular for use in ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) Cleanrooms, can be used in ISO Class 5-8 Cleanrooms

    VISION 50(tm) ESD Cleanroom Wipes (VS50) are anti-static, extremely low linting and low in chemical extractables. This fabric consists of premium quality virgin polyester fibers and carbon core nylon fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the no-run knit construction.

    These wipers are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms. This fabric is manufactured using numerous special processes that includes scouring, cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning process. Most importantly, VISION 50(tm) Class 100 ESD Cleanroom Wipes are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal. All VISION 50(tm) wipes are hermetically sealed in cleanroom-cleaned packaging under class 10 air-stream and individually inspected with lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.

A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered for cleanroom applications. In electronics, this cleanroom grade wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. UnderStencil wipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same fabric as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series Understencil Wiping Rolls and 401PW SelectaWipe Rolls.
