They are made of 100% meltdown polypropylene.  FS-NTP-911 wipes are extremely clean, free of additives and feature a very high level of absorbency. They are packed in convenient resealable pouches making it easy to dispense one wipe at a time. FS-NTP-911 contain four clean-cut edges designed to eliminate fiber contamination.

    Popular for use in ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) Cleanrooms, can be used in ISO Class 5-8 Cleanrooms

    SuperSaturated SmartWipes(r) SMT Stencil Cleaner Presaturated Wipes, Polyester, 6″ x 9″ (SMT-WIPES) feature an innovative formula that is safe, fast drying and odor free. These wipes are designed to quickly and effectively remove all types of solder pastes and fluxes, UV curable inks, adhesives and thick films found in electronic assembly manufacturing. They are an excellent all-purpose cleaning wipe and overall degreaser. SMT has been approved for use by DEK in their solvent bar systems for their automatic stencil wiper assembly.

    SuperSaturated SmartWipes® 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) Presaturated Wipes (100IPA) are highly effective universal cleaning wipes, featuring a solvent powerful enough to use as a degreaser or disinfectant. Made from 100% Sontara(r) hydroentangled polyester, these wipes represent state of the art nonwoven structure. They are durable and low linting for critical cleaning applications.     UnderStencil is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester wipe that can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications and cleaning processes. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered for cleanroom applications. In electronics, this cleanroom grade wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. UnderStencil wipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same fabric as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series Understencil Wiping Rolls and 401PW SelectaWipe Rolls.
