The 6300 Impulse heat sealers are built according to detailed documented specifications and deliver a repeated reliable performance. They are 100% validatable and calibratable across all seal parameters, ISO 11607, and CE compliant. With full lock-out protected alarmed digital process control as well as high-speed PLC and LCD touch screen HMI, the impulse heat sealers assure all seal process parameters (temperature, time, and pressure) are maintained seal-to-seal. 

Specifications

The seal length can be 15”, 20”, 25”, 30”, or 35” and the seal width has to be the standard ⅜”. The machine itself is the seal length with an additional 5.5”, the machine width is 12”, the machine height is 8”, and the machine weighs approximately anywhere from 28-40 pounds. The machine requires 120V and 220V of power and 1.50 CFM at 80 PSI of air.
