Application:
Apply sparingly to contacts or area using a foam or chamois swab dampened with compound. Use a gentle rubbing action to assist cleaning action. The parts may immediately be rinsed under warm, running water then buffed dry with a soft, dry, absorbent cloth. Heavy oxidation may require gentle rubbing of the compound before rinsing.

CLP (clean, lubricate, protect) products are traditionally made of hazardous mineral oils and other petro-based solvents. Cortec’s EcoAir® Biobased CLP offers an excellent environmentally friendly alternative in the form of EcoAir® Biobased CLP, a biobased product in an air-powered spray can.
Utilizing a canola oil base, EcoAir® Biobased CLP contains 89% USDA certified biobased content. It provides excellent penetrating, lubricating, and rust preventing action for industrial, shop, and home use. It can be used for many functions such as loosening rusted parts and protecting equipment components from wear and corrosion.
EcoAir® Biobased CLP leaves behind a very persistent layer that resists corrosion for up to 24 months. If needed, the layer is easy to remove with common detergents.

This ready-to-use formulation can provide protection for up to two years of indoor storage; or during shipments when combined with VpCI® packaging materials. Unlike rust preventative oils this product leaves a dry film on the surface of the metal that is virtually undetectable. This feature helps to create a clean workplace and prevents material waste. BioCorr Rust Preventative is VOC free and the formulation is biodegradable; eliminating expensive disposal costs associated with oils.

VpCI®-415 Heavy-Duty Biodegradable Water-Based Alkaline Cleaner and Degreaser
Description: VpCI®-415is a MIL-PRF-87937D Type IV Qualified heavy-duty biodegradable water-based alkaline cleaner and degreaser offering unique flash corrosion protection. VpCI®-415 can provide corrosion protection for up to 6 months during indoor storage. VpCI®-415 is formulated to meet the requirements for cleaning and corrosion protection of aircraft. The compounds contained in VpCI®-415 function by altering hydrocarbons so that the deposits can be removed with water. VpCI®-415 can be metered into power washers, steam cleaners, dip tanks and other cleaning equipment. Along with good detergent properties, VpCI®-415 is hard water stable, VpCI®-415 is the perfect choice for the customer requiring a multi-purpose, multi-surface, MIL-SPEC qualified, heavy-duty cleaner; and is also concerned with environmental compliance and worker safety.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VpCI®-426 is a water-based heavy duty concentrate designed to remove corrosion, scale, and naturally occurring oxides from iron, carbon and stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys. VpCI®-426 not only removes corrosion and scale, but also brightens aluminum and copper.
