    FREE-SAT®  7″ x 7″ 70% IPA / 30% DI Water – These wipes contain four clean-cut edges as opposed to having long, stringy loose fibers on two sides due to perforating. FREE-SAT(r) IPA Pre-Saturated Wipers are packaged in convenient containers which allow the user to open, remove a wipe, and close the container with one hand. This enables the user to hold an item with the other hand. Because the block of 100 isopropyl wipes are pre-saturated in tough sealed nylon bags within the container, shelf life is dramatically increased. The fabric itself, NOVA-TECH 1000(tm), is a material that is tough, abrasion resistant and virtually free of particle generation and extractable chemical. It is comprised of a synergistic blend of virgin polyester and cellulose that is hydro-entangled into a uniform tough fabric. These unique features make NOVA-TECH 1000(tm) a very effective fabric for isopropyl wipes.

    Popular for use in ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) Cleanrooms, can be used in ISO Class 5-8 Cleanrooms

    Super Saturated SmartWipes® 70/30% Isopropyl Alcohol & DI Water Presaturated Wipes, (SW100IPA/DI) Comprised of 100% polyester. These electronics grade presaturated wipes offer the perfect balance of strength and absorptivity making them suitable for a wide range of electronics and industrial applications. These wipes won’t scratch soft surfaces; yet have sufficiently active texture to clean surfaces. Removes most types of inks, pastes, fluxes, light oils and other contaminants associated with assembly, machining, soldering and printing.     UnderStencil is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester wipe that can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications and cleaning processes. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered for cleanroom applications. In electronics, this cleanroom grade wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. UnderStencil wipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same fabric as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series Understencil Wiping Rolls and 401PW SelectaWipe Rolls.

    4000 Series is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester cleanroom grade wiping roll for cleaning under stencils between prints.  This material effectively removes residual adhesives, solder pastes and fluxes, with or without solvents. Using our high quality wiping roll will help prevent many common production defects like bridging, smearing, solder balls, and other problems associated with circuit board printing. Due to its excellent airflow characteristics, this material will not compromise vacuum power, optimizing aperture cleaning performance. Made from Sontara® fabric, the one material that does it all. 4000 Series UnderStencil Wiping Rolls are the standard in wiping technology!
