Cleanroom Mop System Options
Our cleanroom mop product line consists of a variety of knitted polyester, polyester/cellulose, microfiber/foam, and microfiber flat mop heads that are easy to install and handle. Mop head frames are available in stainless steel or durable autoclavable polypropylene. Pair the mop with Contec buckets and trolley systems, including 2757, 2769-KIT, 2650 and 2700.
Polyester Knit mop covers (TASK 0200, TASK0250)
These economical disposable mop covers are the lightest in the QuickTask range. Made of sorbent multi-layer knitted polyester that is optimized for use on smooth surfaces and applies solutions evenly while removing contaminants.
Buckets for Mopping Systems
Contec’s 2757 bucket system features a compact electropolished stainless steel rolling cart with two autoclavable polypropylene buckets, one gray and one red, and options for a heavy-duty stainless steel downpress wringer or flat mop wringer or Slinger™ wringer (purchased separately). A third bucket, blue in color, is available for use when a three bucket system is required. Compact design improves maneuverability and reduces storage space. The 2757 cart features a removable handle for easier autoclaving and storage.
The durable yet lightweight cart has four casters, two fixed and two that swivel and lock easily with the touch of a foot. The system can be used with two or three buckets, depending upon your cleaning protocols. An extendable frame pulls out of the front of the cart to accommodate an additional bucket. Included stainless steel connecting kit prevents drips between buckets.
Ideal for cleanrooms and controlled environments with small autoclaves or limited storage space.

Easy Curve Mop
The EasyCurve mop consists of a flat, fabric-laminated mop head attached to a curved, stainless steel frame. The disposable mop head attaches securely to the curved frame by a unique system of latching tabs that is simple and easy to remove.

Edgeless Mopping System
Edgeless Mops are made from strong, durable knitted polyester, eliminating contamination from breakage and deterioration common with cotton and rayon string mops. Cleanroom laundered Edgeles Mops are made from a continuous tube of 100% polyester knitted fabric looped to form tubular mop strands that will not shed or break.
