Designed for sealing plastic, poly, moisture barrier bags or thermoplastic materials of any size, length and thickness up to 20 mil. The maximum seal width is 15 mm. The variable conveyor belt speed is adjustable to accommodate materials of various thickness. The conveyor can be raised or lowered and in some models, even tilted to the desired angle. Equipped with an imprinter to record words, dates, and codes with each seal. Each machine comes with a tool box containing a spare band, Teflon, tools, and set of type for the imprinter. 
This sealer is composed of a frame, on/off switch, speed regulator, cooling fan, electronic temperature controller, drive & adjustable conveyor and sealing & embossing printing wheel. The Teflon sealing bands, drive belts and conveyor belt are controlled by one motor. The temperature setting and the speed setting will depend on the type and thickness of material being sealed. The bag will pass through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks and embossing wheel before being dropped out the end sealed. All metal construction and finished with a powder coat. The seal head and conveyor may be tilted up to 30 degrees to allow for the sealing of free flowing products as well as packages with some liquid content. Equipped with fully adjustable stand and conveyor. Sealing speed is 0-320 inches/minute, seal width is 5/16", sealing temperature range from 0-300 degree C and the maximum conveyor load is 16 lbs. Ideal for sealing bags containing powder, liquids, or other small grains. Features temperature control. Adjustable to accommodate most small to medium size bags.
